Ongoing Shopify support from someone who knows your store.

Stores keep changing after launch. New products, new apps, a sale next week, a theme update that moved something. Having a developer who already knows your setup makes each of those a short job instead of a project.

What ongoing support covers

Small fixes

A broken layout on one product, a menu that wraps badly on phones, a typo baked into the theme code. The kind of thing that is quick for a developer and maddening for everyone else.

Theme updates

Moving to a new version of your theme without losing the custom work in the old one. I compare the two, carry your changes across and test before publishing.

App conflicts

Two apps fighting over the cart, a review widget that stopped showing, scripts left behind by apps you removed. I find the cause and clean it up.

Speed checks

Stores slow down a little with every app and every big image. A periodic check catches it before it turns into a problem.

Seasonal changes

Holiday banners, sale landing pages, gift guides, shipping cutoff notices. Planned ahead, built on a preview theme and switched on when you're ready.

A second opinion

Someone pitched you an app, a redesign or a migration. I can look at it and tell you plainly whether it makes sense for your store.

As needed, or on a retainer.

As needed

You send a request when something comes up. I estimate it, do it and bill for that job. Good for stores that are mostly stable and need help a few times a year.

  • No monthly commitment
  • Estimate before every job

Monthly retainer

A set amount of development time each month, agreed up front. Good for stores that change often, run regular promotions or have a list of improvements they keep putting off.

  • Time reserved for your store each month
  • Easier to plan ahead for launches and sales

Pricing depends on the store and how much changes month to month, so I quote it after a look at your setup.

Not sure where to start?

If the store has been running for a while and nobody has looked under the hood, a single review is a sensible first step. I'll look at speed, broken pieces and code left behind by old apps, and send you a list of what to fix. You can stop there, or hand the list back to me.

If you already know the work is bigger than upkeep, like new features or a rebuild, the services page covers that.
